Thunder in the Hills

The Dripping Springs High School Band will host its 16th annual Thunder in the Hills Percussion Invitational on September 13, 2025. This highly-regarded contest attracts outstanding percussion units from Austin, San Antonio, Dallas Ft. Worth and Houston Texas.

Registration is now CLOSED.  2025 registration will open July 1, 2025 at 8am!

*Performance order will be determined by registration time stamp.

**Returning division champions will perform last in their division.
